After so many leaks and rumors over the past few weeks, Nikon officially announced the D850 FX-format Digital SLR Camera. The heart of the camera is constituted by a 45.7-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor coupled with EXPEED 5 image processor.
Nikon D850 include a wide ISO range of 64-25,600 (expandable down to ISO 32 and up to ISO 102,400); a 153-point autofocus system with 99 cross-type autofocus points; and the ability to shoot 4K video at 30fps and 1080p video at 120fps. The body made of magnesium alloy, it measures 146 x 124 x 78.5 mm and weighs 1.005 grams. The shutter speed is between 30 seconds and 1/8000 seconds. The pentaprism optical viewfinder with a 100% coverage and 0.75x magnification.
On the back is 3.2″ tilting touch screen LCD display, and the screen has a 2.36 million point resolution. The camera can shoot 4K UHD video at 30 or 24 frames per second and 1080p video at up to 120 fps. It can record uncompressed 4:2:2 8-bit 4K UHD footage to an external recorder over the HDMI port while recording locally to a card at the same time. In addition, there is an 8K time-lapse video mode. There is support for a dual memory card with one XQD and one SD slot (change from CompactFlash and SD); radio control speedlight; 180,000-pixel RGB sensor for metering; 1:1 square crop mode; focus stacking and more.
The Nikon D850 comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 LE with NFC connectivity, mini HDMI output, microphone input and headphone output. Snapbridge is also supported, a system that establishes an automatic and constant connection between the camera and mobile devices, enabling remote control and instant sharing. Thanks to Bluetooth Low Energy, battery consumption is negligible. It can shoot up to 7 (frames per second) fps, or 9 fps when using the optional battery grip and an EN-EL18-series battery is rated to capture about 1,840 shots or 70 minutes video recording.

The Nikon D850 price is at $3,2996.95 and can be pre-ordered through Amazon.com; it will be available from September of this year.
