Nikon COOLPIX A100 and COOLPIX A10 Listed Online With Price and Specifications

Last month, Nikon has announced two new Compact Digital Camera named Nikon COOLPIX A100 and Nikon COOLPIX A10 in Japan. Now Nikon might soon launch the COOLPIX A100/A10, as the yet officially unannounced worldwide was briefly listed by a third-party Lithuania retailer. The listing also gives us extra details on the camera specifications and price.

The listing on online retailer Kilobaitas.lt suggested the proposed Nikon COOLPIX A100 price is around £108.09 / €373.21 and Nikon COOLPIX A10 price is roughly £78.38 / €270.63. The listing adds that both the Nikon compact cameras will arrive in five colour variants – Silver, Black, Red, Purple and Putple with Lineart.

COOLPIX A100 and A10 duo compact cameras are very small and handy, you can carry easily anywhere while maintaining high quality images. Especially the COOLPIX A10 used AA lithium batteries that makes clicking great quality pictures in a flexible manner.

The A100 (image above) has a very compact size just 19.8mm thick and weighs only 119g. It comes equipped with a 20.1-megapixel CMOS sensor and NIKKOR lens with 5x optical zoom, wide-angle 26mm to telephoto 130mm equivalent focal length on a full frame sensor. 10x when Dynamic Fine Zoom is used, you can zoom up to 10X. Being popular object oriented models, A100 comes with various shooting modes are available for many different situations. Users can also adjust the brightness, color and much more through the menu. In addition, the camera also features some selfie modes such as Retouch, Smart Portrait, facial contours, skin beauty and more.

Nikon COOLPIX A10 (image above), on the other hand, is more beautiful and sleek. It uses 16.1-megapixel CCD sensor with 5X zoom lens, the wide-angle 26-130mm equivalent on a full-frame sensor. The special feature of this camera is built-in Lithium batteries can take up to 730 shots, users can add 2 AA batteries in order to capture more 200 shots. The camera is also equipped with face processing mode to take better self-portraits. The Scene Auto Selector mode has been integrated in the camera for automatic capture of images as intended.
