Motorola Moto 360 2nd Gen: Now Official in India

Motorola Moto 360 2nd Gen Smartwatch has been officially launched in India. It arrives in a total of two variants -one for women with Blush Leather material in Rose Gold color and another for men with Cognac Leather in Brown color will be available at Rs. 19,999. What’s more, the Black Metal variant with 46mm design has been priced at Rs. 23,999; while the Silver Metal model with 42mm design will be available at Rs. 22,999 on Flipkart e-commerce site.

Motorola 360 Gen 2 for men will have two options such as 46mm and 42mm, three color options including black, silver and gold. Meanwhile, the women edition is available in 42mm and smaller strap (16mm), will have three color options to choose such as silver, gold and gold. Compared with the older Moto 360, new Moto 360 (2nd Gen)only a little thin (11.4mm to 11.5mm).

The Moto 360 2nd Gen features two different display sizes such as a 1.56-inch screen with resolution of 360×230 pixels and a pixel density of 233ppi, while a 1.37-inch screen with resolution of 360×225 pixels and a pixel density of 263ppi. The smaller variant has a 300mAh battery and the bigger one comes with a 400mAh battery which can convey up to two days with normal usage time.

The most noticeable difference on the Moto 360 Gen 2 that is the functional button was shifted up when compared to its predecessor. The Motorola Smart Watch is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor; Adreno 306 GPU, 512 MB of RAM and 4GB of native storage (not expandable). It has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g connectivity options along with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, a gyroscope and optical heart rate monitor.

The Moto 360 Gen 2 runs on Android Wear OS that is compatible with smartphones running Android 4.3 and above. Presently, most of Android Smart Watches also work with iOS devices as well. It is IP67 certified and that makes with water-resistant as well.
