The Moto 360 smartwatch was one of the most attractive devices in its category when it hit the market several years ago. The Moto360 became the first watches on the Android Wear platform with a round face screen.
To date, the Moto 360 watch could no longer compete with the new models, but eBuyNow, probably acting under an agreement with Motorola, considered that the device should be given a second chance. The new model with the old name will be built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 platform, equipped with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
The display is “always on,” and support for fast charging will fully charge the moto smartwatch battery in just an hour. One charge will be enough for a day, and only the device can display the time for three days, even when the battery level has dropped to a critical value.
The new Motorola watch features a 1.2-inch circular AMOLED full-color display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It also sports a stainless-steel curved case, rotating crown, and a customizable action button, leather, and moto 360 sport silicone strap.
The moto 360 watch includes Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 5 (802.11n) and supports both iOS (10.0+) or Android (5.0 or higher) OS. It can also work independently with apps, thanks to built-in GPS and other sensors. Pair it with your smartphone to receive texts, emails, reminders, and to-do lists.
You can also stream your favorite tracks using Google Play Music or Spotify. The Moto360 can even monitor your health and track fitness goals with apps like Google Fit, Runtastic, and Lifesum. It is also water-resistant up to 3 ATM (30 meters), so you can use it in rain or in the swimming pool.
Price and Availability
The Moto 360 smartwatch price has been set at $349.99, it is listed on Bhphotovideo.com and sales should begin in December this year. It comes in Phantom Black, Rose Gold and Steel Grey colors.
