If the sunny Los Santos from the Grand Theft Auto V game is not your cup of tea, it makes sense to pay attention to the latest mod called Project London. Its creator set out to turn the fictional city of the State of San Andreas into the capital of Great Britain. Work on the GTA 5 mod has been going on for several months, and during this time the moder called KieranMerrilees managed to add a lot of sights of the British capital to the game.
Moder does not rebuild London again, but only replaces game resources such as buildings, cars, signs – on their British counterparts. Among the famous places that Project London can see, it is possible to allocate Heathrow airport, Wembley Stadium, Royal London hospital and Chelsea city. KieranMerrilees also replaced the ambulance, police, and firefighters. A lot of work has been done, but the main part is yet to come – moder has plans to replace almost all standard textures and models of the GTA 5 game.
The capital of Great Britain had already appeared in the GTA series as a place of action. The city was added to the very first part of the game with the official addition of Grand Theft Auto: London 1969.
