Microsoft Lumia 550 India, the handset is now available for purchase in India from online Amazon India store. The budget segment smartphone was announced back in October and went on sale in USA via Amazon store in November. The handset is available in Black and White color variants. It has been priced at Rs 9,999 for the 4G LTE model.

The Microsoft Lumia 550 flaunts a 4.7-inch LCD screen with HD resolution of 720×1280 pixels and a pixel density of 315ppi. On processor front, it comes with a 1.1 GHz quad-core processor that can backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset along with Adreno 304 GPU. Besides, the handset packs a 1GB of RAM, 8GB of native storage along with microSD card support up to 200GB.

On the camera front, It sports a 5-megapixel autofocus camera on the back panel with f/2.4 aperture, LED flash and also supports HD 720p video recording. It has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.8 aperture to help capture wide group selfies and also able to record 480p video. There is also some built-in camera features such as touch focus, auto or manual exposure and geo-tagging.

The Lumia 550 supports 4G LTE connectivity with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, MicroUSB 2.0, FM radio, 3.5 mm audio jack and Single SIM functionality.
