Micromax Canvas Mega with 13MP camera and 5.5-inch Display Launched 

Micromax has built up itself as a somewhat premium maker of Smartphones and recent tie up with the Yu is just helping its endeavors to enhance its image. Each Mobile manufacturer is propelling Android Lollipop controlled devices in India nowadays and Micromax wouldn’t like to left behind either. They just launched the Micromax Canvas Mega – E353 with Android 5.0 Lollipop for Rs 8,320 and available for purchase at Flipkart Store.

The Micromax Canvas Mega features a 5.5-inch HD IPS screen panel and has a resolution of 720×1280 pixels that can rated to deliver pixel density of 267ppi in order to produce better color contrast. The handset comes with a 1.4 GHz Octa-core processor backed by the Mediatek chipset and Mali 400 GPU. It packs a 1GB of RAM for better multitasking and perform smoothly.

On camera feature front, the Canvas Mega comes with a 13-megapixel camera at the back with LED flash for better low light photography and also  capable of shooting 1080p videos at 30fps. It is compiled by a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for wide self portraits and video calling. The Micromax Canvas Mega bears an 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded by another up to 32GB using microSD card.
This is a dual SIM 4G LTE smartphone, runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and packs a 2820mAh battery which company claims that it will provide mixed usage time of 1 day.

Last month, Micromax introduced two new budget series smartphones – the Bolt Q338 and Canvas Spark 2, priced at Rs. 7,490 and Rs. 3,999 respectively. Micromax Bolt Q338 is a Dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, a 5-inch HD IPS display, a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor and 1GB RAM. While the Micromax Canvas Spark 2 features a 5-inch display runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and a 1.3GHz quad-core processor.
