Micromax Bolt A82 with 5-inch Display and Quad-core SoC

Micromax has announced a new smartphone model called Bolt A82, listing it’s official online website. While the company has not yet announced the official Micromax bolt price and availability for a smartphone, but it will be available for purchase in coming days.

The Micromax Bolt A82 is running Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and offers Dual-SIM supports. It uses a FWVGA 4.5-inch TFT display with a resolution of 480×854 pixels. The smartphone operates on the 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, MediaTek MTK6572 chip combined with 512MB of RAM. Internal memory on the Micromax Bolt A82 is 4GB which is expandable by MicroSD cards up to 32 GB.

The main camera on the back of the Micromax Bolt A82, has a resolution of 5 megapixels and LED flash and a secondary front camera of 0.3-megapixels. It has a Battery capacity of 1800 mAh, which is provide talk time up to 5 hours and standby time up to 200 hours according to the Micromax company.

In terms of connectivity, the phone supports 2G, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and MicroUSB. The main feature of the Micromax Bolt A82 supports more than 20 Indian languages and also comes with a pre-loaded applications such as News hunt, Chaatz, Opera Mini, Reverie, Clean Master, Mi Live, Mi Games, Snapdeal, Mad and Quikr.

Last month, Micromax introduced the Micromax Canvas Hue phone with a battery capacity up to 30 days and price of Rs. 10,999.

The Micromax Canvas Hue owned a 5-inch AMOLED display, protected by the Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with a Mali 450 GPU and 1 GB of RAM. It has internal memory of 8 GB and also supports Microsd card to expand memory up to 32 GB.

The phone comes with a 2 megapixels front camera and a 8 megapixels rear camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor. Micromax Canvas Hue runs Android 4.4.2 Kitkat and also upgradable to the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.
