Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, the highly anticipated Ubisoft homecoming title that will feature on August 29 exclusively for Nintendo Switch, will have a Season Pass and the French software house recently unveiled the first details on new story content.
The Season Pass will be available starting from August 29 at about $20 and acquiring players will immediately have access to 8 exclusive Steampunk weapons that cannot be obtained in any other way. Subsequently, Ubisoft will release a series of content for players including new Solo Challenges and Co-Op Maps.
In 2018, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will expand with new story content and will be released as part of the Season Pass. Except for the 8 exclusive Steampunk weapons, the remaining content can still be purchased individually.
A few weeks ago, via Twitter, it was also confirmed that the title will not reach 1080p resolution. Players will then have to settle at 900p resolution, while using Switch the title will turn to usual 720p mode.
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, for those who do not know, this is a game that carries users into RPG style scenario with strategic battles that partly remind the popular XCOM games.
