LG X Power 2 with 4500mAh battery and Android 7.0 Nougat

LG anticipates launching its flagship G6 at the Mobile World Congress 2017, but with a press release announce the launch of the LG X Power 2 smartphone, the new mid-range device for those who want a large battery on its workhorse. Compared to the first model launched exactly one year ago, everything has grown in proportion, LG X Power 2 in fact adopts a larger screen, a bigger battery, better processor and the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box. 

According to a statement by the company, LG X Power 2 can remain active for an entire weekend without charging, can play video up to 15 hours, can be used as a navigator for up to 14 hours, or get to 18 hours of web surfing, with a single charge.

The 4500mAh battery, incorporates high-speed charging technology demanded by today’s busy users. A one hour charge provides 50 percent battery power with a full charge only requiring about two hours, twice as fast as most phones.

It also comes with LG’s exclusive UX for selfies. Auto Shot automatically triggers the front camera’s shutter when a face is detected. Gesture Shot and Gesture Interval Shot reads and responds to hand signals, eliminating the need to press the shutter button which is a common cause of blurry photos. And with Quick Share, users can immediately post images to their favorite social media site with just one tap. 

LG X Power 2 will arrive in Black Titan, Shiny Titan, Shiny Gold and Shiny Blue color options starting from March in the Latin America followed by key markets in United States, Asia, Europe and other regions. Pricing will be announced at the time of availability.
