LG Stylo 5 was launched back in July, and pre-orders for the device was going live last month via B&H store in the US, priced at $299.99. But now the customers can avail up to $70 discounts by pre-booked the device at the store.
The unlocked LG Stylo 5 price has been set at $299.99 for the 32GB storage model, but now you can pre-order the device at $229.99 via Bhphotovideo.com. Buyers can also get a free Mint Mobile 3-Month 8GB Prepaid SIM Card Kit worth $60, so a total saving of $130.
LG Stylo 5 Specs
The LG Stylo 5 features a 6.2-inch Full Vision display with FHD+ (2160 × 1080 pixels) resolution, and it is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor. However, LG has not specified whether a MediaTek or Qualcomm SoC is powering the phone. It packs a 3GB of RAM and a 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 2TB.
On the camera front, the Stylo 5 bears a 13-megapixel main rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera. There are a few camera-centric features as well such as Google Lens integration, Portrait mode, Gesture Shot, Selfie Light, and Auto Shot to name a few. The device doesn’t appear to be much of an upgrade over its predecessor as it packs the same imaging hardware and an identical display with the same size and resolution. The phone comes pre-installed with a host of features such as on-screen memo and optimized apps to make the most of the stylus.
The LG Stylo 5 has a fingerprint sensor on the backside and handset runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. As mentioned above, the device also comes with a host of stylus-centric features and apps such as Pop Memo, QuickMemo+, Draw Chat, Coloring Book, Pop Lens, and Pen Keeper to name a few. It packs a 3500mAh battery and measures 160.02 x 77.7 x 8.38 mm. For connectivity includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and a USB Type-C port.
