LG launched the new LG X4 (LM-X410S) in South Korea. The LG X4 also features the LG Pay smartphone payment platform similar to the LG X4+ was announced earlier this year. The phone has been priced at KRW 297,000 – approximately $273 and already available on three mobile carriers in South Korea.
LG X4 Specifications
LG Pay payment system will allow users to enter their fingerprints or passwords to make payments. Additionally, LG has introduced Finger Touch that will enable users to take selfies and screenshots by pressing the fingerprint sensor. The X4 sports an aluminum back and comes in two color variants – Black and Gold.
The LG X4 Features a 5.3-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD IPS display. It is powered by a 1.4GHz Quad-Core processor that’s backed by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC, coupled with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. The phone has 16GB of inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card.
On the camera front, there is an 8-megapixel rear camera sensor with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front sensor for selfie and video calling. It also has HD DMB support for mobile TV experience and packs a 3000mAh battery.
The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat. Connectivity options on the phone include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and USB Type-B. Dimensions of the phone are 148.6×75.1×8.6mm and the weight is 164 grams.
