Over the month, LG quietly made the G Pad X2 8.0 Plus official, expanding its ‘G Pad’ series tablet even further. The tablet was spotted on the T-Mobile website revealing specifications and accessory as well. The LG G Pad X2 8.0 Plus is priced at $240, and now available at the store with a monthly installment option.
The highlight of the tablet is its unique accessory setup at the back such as battery pack with a kickstand that can be attached to the tablet using magnetic pogo pins. It will pack 4400mAh battery backup and two stereo speakers with USB port for charging.
LG G Pad X2 8.0 Plus Specifications
LG G Pad X2 8.0 Plus features an 8-inch FHD display with WUXGA (1920×1200 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor paired with 32GB of expandable storage, while RAM capacity yet to be unveiled.
On the camera front, there is a 5-megapixels rear camera with HDR, 4x digital zoom and 5-megapixels front-facing camera with HDR for selfie and video calling. The tablet runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and sports a nano-SIM slot. It packs 2,900mAh battery, measuring 218.69 x 127 x 6.8 mm and weighs 290 grams. For connectivity, includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth 4.2 options.
