LG Exalt LTE is Version exclusive Flip Phone Announced

LG on Friday unveiled the latest offering in its Flip phone lineup – the LG Exalt LTE. Launched with Version in the US, the smartphone is priced at $169, and will also be available $7 monthly cost for 24 months via Version online store.

This new LG flip phone is basically a Feature phone sports a 3.0-inch TFT LCD display with WQVGA (400 x 240 pixels) resolution and 155ppi pixel density. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, coupled with 8GB of native storage. It sports a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with dedicated camera shutter button HD video recording at 30fps, while there is no front-facing camera at all.

The LG Exalt LTE is a durable flip phone offers physical T9 keypad and comes equipped with few dedicated buttons for camera, speakerphone and voice command. As for connectivity options, it supports Verizon 4G LTE network to enable HD voice for high-resolution sound during voice calls. Other function, including Text-to-speech function, reads your text messages out loud.

Additionally, support for Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS/ A-GPS and USB 2.0. Sporting a 1470mAh battery, the LG Exalt LTE is rated to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time, and up to 10 days of standby time on LTE network. It weighs 130 grams and measures 112.77 x 54.10 x 17.52 mm.
