Lenovo is expanding its Legion gaming range with two new gaming mouse and keyboard devices at CES 2020 – all chic, fast and equipped with RGB lighting.
Lenovo Legion M600
With the Legion M600, Lenovo is offering a new wireless gaming mouse, which either uses a 2.4 GHz connection or Bluetooth and can be used with many laptops without a dongle. The sampling rate for the wireless operation is 1000 Hz, the integrated 800 mAh battery lasts a full 200 hours. Charging via USB-C, the mouse can also be operated directly via the cable.
The 110 gram M600 uses a Pixart 3335 sensor with a resolution of 16,000 DPI and Omron buttons that are said to survive a total of 50 million clicks. The gaming mouse relies on a simple, ergonomic design – at least on the scroll wheel and on the logo, there is RGB lighting. At first glance, the mouse is a little reminiscent of the Legion M500 ($42.39 on Amazon), but thanks to the adapted shape, it is now also suitable for left-handers. The Lenovo Legion M600 Wireless Gaming Mouse will be available in June 2020 for $ 79.99.
Lenovo Legion M300
With the M300, Lenovo takes the M600 and saves costs wherever possible: it is a wired mouse, the Pixart 3325 sensor has only half the resolution (8,000 DPI), the RGB lighting is limited to the logo. Savings were also made in the buttons, which are certified to have a lifespan of 10 million clicks only.
Like its more expensive brother, the mouse is suitable for both left and right-handed users, but due to the lack of a rechargeable battery, it is somewhat lighter at 90 grams. Compared to Lenovo’s previous entry-level gaming mouse, the Legion M200 ($23.99 on Amazon), the design has been extremely adapted so that you can finally use the mouse without a problem outside of a gaming setting. The Lenovo Legion M300 RGB Gaming Mouse will also be available in June for $29.99.
Lenovo Legion K300
Lenovo had already offered Legion K500 mechanical gaming keyboard ($70.71 on Amazon), the K300 comes in a similar design, but in a much more compact form factor and without mechanical switches. The keyboard should still convince with an actuation height of 1.1 mm (4.0 mm for the entire stroke) and a resistance of 55 gf.
The keyboard supports 24-key rollover and RGB lighting that can be controlled in five zones. The Lenovo Legion K300 RGB Gaming Keyboard will be available in June 2020 for $49.99.
