Lava X50 Plus 4G VoLTE Phone with 2GB RAM Announced

Lava X50 Plus has been quietly launched in India, it is another affordable 4G VoLTE-enabled smartphone device from the company in the X series. It is said to be an upgraded variant of the Lava X50 was launched back in July this year in India. The Lava X50 Plus price in India is set to Rs. 9,199 and is available in Gold and Blue color variants.

The Lava X50 Plus features a 5.5-inch IPS On-Cell display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution, along with 2 million pixels that can deliver a pixel density of 267ppi. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB with the help of microSD card slot.

On the camera front, the Lava new phones comes with an 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash and also able to shoot Full HD 1080p video at 30fps. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and quality video chatting. The handset also supports 12 Indian languages and Transliterate Feature, that will help the users to easily translate the English language in their respective native languages. It has curved back with NCVM coating and also boasts of one-handed mode for using the phone using one hand comfortably.

This new Lava smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and packs a 2800mAh battery with power saving mode. It has a dual SIM card slot on board along with 4G VoLTE connectivity, apart from VoLTE includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio as connectivity options. It measures 155 x 71.8 x 8.85 mm and weighs 155 grams. 

Recently, Lava India had announced the Lava X38 budget 4G LTE smartphone, priced at Rs. 6,599. It supports dual SIM, runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a 5.0-inch HD display, a 1.0 GHz quad-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6580 processor; Mali 400 GPU; 1GB RAM and 8GB of native storage space with microSD card slot.
