Lava Iris X8 with 5 inch HD Display and Octa core processor

Lava Smartphone company expanding its Iris X series by Lava Iris X8 smartphone. This is a Lava high-end smartphone not launched officially, but listed at online website with a price tag of Rs. 8,999. This smartphone running Android 4.4 Kitkat and also upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop according to the Lava company.

Regarding the specifications, Lava Iris X8 will own 5-inch IPS display, HD resolution of 720×1280 pixels with Asahi Dragontrail glass protection. The phone is packed with a 1.4 GHz Octa-core processor, MediaTek MT6592M chip and Mali 450 MP graphic processor. The Lava Iris X8 comes with a 2 GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory which is also expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card slots.

The Lava Iris X8 phone has a rear camera of 8-megapixels with BSI 3 sensor and LED flash, while the front camera of 3-megapixels to take a selfie picture. The Lava Iris X8 smartphone with an ultra-thin design, dimensions of 143.4 x 70.9 x 8.6 mm and lightweight only 160 grams, with a Dual SIM card slots and available in two white and black colors.

In terms of connectivity, Lava Iris X8 Smartphone includes 3G HSPA +, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and Micro USB 2.0. The battery of this Lava Iris phone is 2500 mAh capacity, for this time there is no word about standby and talk time detail of battery.

Last Month, Lava also introduced two new smartphones in same Lava Iris X series, Lava Iris X1 Grand and Lava Iris X1 Mini.

Both smartphone listed prices are Rs. 7326 and Rs. 4348 respectively, runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform. The Lava Iris X1 Grand owned a 5-inch IPS display, powered by a MediaTek MT6582M chip, 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM.

Meanwhile, the Lava Iris X1 Mini is also a mid-range smartphone includes 4-inch IPS display, a resolution of 480×800 pixels, MediaTek MT6589 chip, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and 512MB of RAM. The rear camera of 5-megapixels with LED flash, while the front camera is 0.3-megapixels.
