HARMAN International has announced three JBL wireless speakers: JBL Link 10, 20 and 300 with Google Assistant; JBL Free True wireless earbuds, JBL Reflect Fit neckband-style wireless earphones, JBL E65BTNC headphones and JBL Boombox wireless speaker at IFA 2017 in Berlin.
An increasing number of manufacturers are embracing Google’s home software and making smart products capable of responding and interacting with your questions. The JBL LINK 10 and LINK 20 comes with a built-in battery that allows us to use it up to 5.10 hours continuously, these are IPX7 certified, therefore resistant to splashes of water, and have a compact design.
The JBL LINK 300 is the largest and most powerful of the three, has been designed for outdoor use and offers a much higher audio power compared to other two, equal to 50W. The LINK 10 has two 8W speakers and the LINK 20 has two 10W speakers.
All three are hands-free voice-activated with the Google Assistant built-in and Chromecast built-in with multi-room music playback. You can manage your favorite music, control smart devices connected to the same WiFi network, ask questions or various information about news, weather, and more.
It’s interesting to know that all three speakers can be connected and synchronized to give you a pleasant surround sound. JBL Link 10, 20 and 300, priced at $149, $199, $249 respectively, and will be available starting fall 2017.
Next is the JBL Free True wireless earbuds with battery life up to 4 hours and 20 hours of backup from its charging case. It has an ergonomic design that fits in your ears comfortably and has IPX5 certification to protect again water splashes.
JBL Free price has been set at $149.95 and will be available in Black and White colors starting from October 2017.
Now, talking about the JBL Reflect Fit wireless headphones comes with live Heart Rate feedback, means the user can get instant Heart Rate read-outs without touching your phone or device. It has Vibration Alerts, means the Headphones will vibrate to alert you of an incoming call.
Reflect Fit has a lightweight, flexible neckband design combined with ergonomic ear tips help the headphones stay put through the most intensive workouts. There is also IPX5 certifications and 200mAh battery offers up to 10 hours of battery life with Heart Rate monitoring on. JBL Reflect Fit price has been set at $149.95 and will be available in Black, Blue, Teal and Red colors starting from October 2017.
The JBL E65BTNC is over-ear headphones come with active noise-canceling technology and sport Bluetooth 4.1 technology and you can seamlessly switch between devices. It has built-in Microphone for hands-free calls, comfort-fit fabric headband and earcup with calls and music control buttons. It provides up to 24-hours of battery life in Bluetooth mode and 15-hours of battery life in Bluetooth with active noise-canceling mode. JBL E65BTNC price is $199.95 and will be available from October in Black, White, and Stone Blue colors.
Finally, the JBL Boombox Bluetooth Speaker comes in extra large size and performance too. Although Boombox is designed to be transported and used anywhere (the integrated handle makes it obvious), it is not a speaker anyway. The weight of JBL Boombox is about 5 kilograms and the built-in 20,000mAh battery clearly differentiates it from the average.
It has four transducers and two passive low-frequency radiator, IPX7 certified means it can withstand under water about 1 meter deep. The Bluetooth connection can be used to match the speaker to other JBL Connect + enabled products. The device includes two USB ports and also able to charge your mobile devices. The high capacity battery allows you to listen to music of over 20 hours.
JBL Boombox price is $449.95 and will be in Black and Forest Green colors starting from fall 2017.
