Icy Dock ToughArmor MB720M2K-B M.2 NVMe SSD Mobile Rack

The Icy Dock is expanding its catalog with the launch of the new ToughArmor MB720M2K-B M.2 NVMe SSD ruggedized removable enclosure and MB833M2K-B removable rack. According to the manufacturer, this is the first product of its kind that can accommodate four M.2 PCIe SSD drives with NVMe support in a 5.25-inch bay.

Drives are installed one at a time in special trays, fixed with latches and locks. Trays are compatible with M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD of any standard length, up to 110 mm. The movable latch reliably holds the drive in one position. The manufacturer notes the presence of a screen and good cooling with built-in radiators and 40 mm fans with ball bearings.
