Huawei Y5 II has been leaked online, it will be next affordable smartphone from the company in the Y series. It is said to be a significant upgrade of the Huawei Y5 was launched last year. The Huawei Y5 II will be available in Black, White, Sand Gold, Rose Pink and Sky Blue color variant; and will soon be going on the shelves. As of now, pricing details are still mysteries, but will cost more than $165 and expected to be launched in Q2 of 2016 in selected regions.
The Huawei Y5 II will feature a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution that can deliver a pixel density of 294ppi, meanwhile Huawei Y5 had only 4.5-inch FWVGA display. It will be powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that’s fueled by 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P chipset with Mali-T720 GPU. The device packs 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory which is expandable via microSD card (unspecified memory).
On the camera front, the Y5 II flaunts an 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera on the back with LED flash and will shoot HD 720p videos. It has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video chatting.
The handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Huawei Emotion 3.1 UI interface on top. It packs a 2200mAh battery under the hood. It has a dual SIM card slot on board along with 4G LTE connectivity, apart from 4G includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio connectivity options.
