Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro tablet has been listed on the company’s official website. This is a mid-range tablet also supports dual 4G SIM functionality and will also be available in Wi-Fi only specially for students. The tablet is expected to go on sale soon, price yet to be unveiled.
The Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro features a 10.1-inch IPS display with WUXGA resolution of 1920×1200 pixels that can rated to deliver a pixel density of 224ppi. It flaunts up to 75 degree wide angle, up to 16 million color; contrast ratio of 800:1 and brightness up to 300 nits.
It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) 64-bit processor clubbed with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes in two different versions such as 2GB/3GB of RAM with 16GB/32GB of internal storage which can be expandable via microSD card.
This MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro tablet runs Android 5.1 Lollipop based on EMUI 3.1 interface. It features an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with wide f/2.0 aperture and LED flash; and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video conferencing and selfie.
On the connectivity front, the MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro has dual SIM 4G connectivity with dual standby functionality, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack. It packs in a 6660mAh battery that can offer average usage time up to 6 hours.
Recently, Huawei announced Mediapad M2 Tablet in China, priced at 2288 Yuan – approximately $347 for 16GB variant with WiFi and 2688 Yuan – approximately $408 for the LTE version.
