Along with the Mate 10, Huawei also announced Mate 10 Pro at its Germany event. It is one of the high-end smartphones that comes with the Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 970 10nm SoC with i7 co-processor, dual Leica camera sensors, Android 8.0 Oreo and IP67 certification from the Huawei being launched today. Huawei Mate 10 Pro price is EUR 849 – approximately $1002 and it comes in Titanium Grey, Midnight Blue, Mocha Brown and Pink Gold color options. The device will be available next month in over 20 regions including UK, Denmark, Japan, Malaysia, France and more.

The Huawei Mate 10 Pro features a 6-inch FHD+ FullView OLED 18:9 display with 70000:1 Contrast ratio, and 112% NTSC Color Gamut. The device has a metal design, water-resistant body with IP67 ratings, and has a fingerprint sensor on the back. It is powered by an Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 970 (4 x 2.4 GHz A73+ 4 x 1.8 GHz A53) 10nm processor + i7 co-processor clubbed with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. It packs 6GB of RAM, 128GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
On the camera front, the Mate 10 Pro flaunts a 20-megapixel Monochrome + 12-megapixel RGB Dual rear cameras with Leica Summilux-H lenses, f/1.6 aperture, PDAF, CAF, Laser AF, OIS, dual-tone LED flash, and 4K video recording. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and wide-angle lens for a selfie and high-quality video calling.
The Huawei Mate Pro 10 also supports an Artificial intelligence engine offers Real-Time Scene and Object Recognition functionality, automatically choosing the perfect camera settings for any environment or focal point and also instantly translate text, voice, conversations, and images into 50+ languages.
The device runs on Android 8.0 Oreo-based on Huawei EMUI 8.0 out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh with SuperCharge technology. It doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack but comes with Hi-res audio playback. It supports hybrid SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC and USB Type-C options.
