HP Stream Laptops Refreshed; to Be Available From August

HP has announced the launch of a refreshed version of its Stream laptops. The new HP Stream laptops will be available in three different model including an 11.6-inch model will be priced at $199, a 14-inch variant for $219 and the convertible Stream x360 has been priced at $249.

Additionally, HP will also announce the HP Stream 11 Pro for education purpose, its pricing not disclosed yet, but will be available starting in September. While the HP Stream x360 2-in-1 model will also be available in September; Stream 14 model goes on sale September 7, while the Stream 11 will make available this month on August 24th 2016.

The company also announced that some of the HP laptops will come with a free Microsoft’s Office 365 Personal for 1 year, which has been priced at $69.99. In addition, users get 1TB of storage space on Microsoft OneDrive and 60 Skype World minutes per month. HP Stream 11 and 14 will be available in quite attractive colors – including Aqua Blue, Violet Purple and Snow White.  

For HP Stream Laptop Specs, According to HP, all three laptops will feature a same screen resolution of 1366×768 pixels; powered by Intel Celeron N3060 processors; 4GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage. For connectivity, it equips dual-antenna 802.11 ac 2×2 Wi-Fi, USB 3.0 port and few with advanced displays like an HD touch-enabled display and HD WLED-backlit display with an anti-glare screen technology. All three HP Stream laptops runs Windows 10 operating system and have HP TrueVision HD Webcam and DTS Studio Sound to experience real Dynamic audio. 

The HP Stream 11 Pro is designed for education customers, it comes equipped with 2×2 Wi-Fi and user will also get an additional 4GB/64GB model with faster boot-up speeds and additional storage. It is also available in Aqua Blue, Snowy White, Violet Purple and special Jack Black color option for students to flaunts in the college campuses and classrooms.
