Huawei today confirmed that Honor V9 will be presented on the next February 21, as part of a press event to be held in Beijing. The company, official announcement (see image below), is cautious about the technical characteristics, but the picture is sufficiently defined thanks to TENAA certification for most of the specs.
Huawei Honor V9 will feature a 5.7 inch display with a QHD (2560 × 1440 pixels) resolution with 2.5D curved glass on top of it. The heart of the hardware will coincide with Kirin 960 octa-core processor with Mali G71 GPU and combined with a generous amount of RAM – 6GB well – and 64GB or 128 GB of native storage (depending on the variant).
On the camera front, it will come equipped with a 12-megapixel dual rear camera with Laser AF, dual-tone LED flash, and 8-megapixel front facing camera for selfie. Will complete the picture with the 3900mAh battery with fast charging, a body thickness of 6.9mm – measuring 157 x 77.5 x 6.97mm and weighs 184 grams. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the rear panel. The software platform will be based on Android 7.0 Nougat, associated with the EMUI 5.0 interface.

Apart from brand Honor, Huawei is also preparing to launch the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus smartphones. Both smartphones are expected to be unveiled February 26th at MWC in Barcelona. Huawei P10 will be available in three variants globally with 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of internal memory and with a top variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM. While the Huawei P10 Plus will come in 4GB / 6GB of RAM along with internal memory of 64GB / 128GB; and Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
