The upcoming smartphone of the Huawei sub-brand called Honor View20 (the Chinese version will be called the Honor V20) revealed few details. However, a few days ahead of the official launch, the manufacturer announced several important details about the new product. In particular, the battery capacity, the selfie camera features and the price of the future flagship.
Two new posters were leaked on the web, indicating that the Honor V20 battery capacity will be 4000mAh. Declared and support fast charging technology with a 22.5W power. In addition, the first details about the selfie camera located in a hole in a display will receive a 25-megapixel sensor. Earlier it was reported that the main camera of the device will be equipped with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor.
According to available information, the Honor View20 smartphone will be equipped with a Kirin 980 processor, 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage.
In addition to the official image of the basic version of the device, a photo of its limited version called Maserati Edition has also been leaked. In the picture, you can see only the back cover of the device with a triple rear camera and company logos.
There is no fingerprint scanner on the case – it is probably in-display fingerprint sensor. At the bottom are stereo speakers and a USB Type-C port. The left edge is devoid of controls, they are located on the right side of the smartphone.
The Honor V20 Maserati Edition price has not yet been reported, but one of the fresh posters showed price tags for various configurations. An option with 6GB RAM + 64GB EOM will cost about $405, while the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage will cost about $478.
The handset will be officially announced at a special event in China, which will take place on December 26th. Later, on January 22, 2019, there will be a launch of a global version of the handset called Honor View20.
