After launched in China earlier this month, the Honor 8C has been officially launched in India. It is a budget handset comes with a 6.26-inch display, 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 632 and fingerprint sensor from the Huawei’s sub-brand Honor India being launched today.
Honor 8C Price in India and Availability
Honor 8C price in India has been set at Rs. 11,999 for the 4GB RAM with 32GB storage model, while the 64GB storage version costs Rs. 12,999 and will be available to buy exclusively on Amazon.in starting from December 10, 2018. The handset comes in Magic Night Black and Aurora Blue color options.

The Honor 8C features a 6.26-inch IPS LCD display, HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution, a screen-to-body ratio of 80.4 percent and an aspect ratio of 19:9. The device has a 3D nano-level texture design, combining the gradient color and glare, offering a unique light and shadow circulation effect. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz Kryo 250 performance cores and 1.8 GHz Kryo 250 efficiency cores, and Adreno 605 GPU. It packs a 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card.
On the camera front, the 8C flaunts a dual camera setup that includes f/1.8 aperture 13-megapixel primary sensor and f/2.4 aperture 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with LED flash. The rear camera captures depth information in portrait shots, and AI scene recognition to recognize over 500 scenarios in 22 categories. For selfie, there is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and AI beautify features.
The device has a rear fingerprint sensor on the back side. The handset runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS skinned with EMUI 8.2 out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh battery with 5V/2A charger support. It supports hybrid SIM slot with dual standby and for connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, and 3.5mm audio jack.
