The Honor models of Huawei smartphones will be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in February 2016. According to the company, Huawei Ascend P8, P8max, Mate S, Mate 7, Ascend G7, Ascend G7 Plus, and Ascend G8 smartphones will receive the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. And for users of the Honor series smartphones, namely Honor 7, Honor 7i, Honor 6 Plus, Honor 6, MediaPad X2, Honor 4X, and Honor 4C will soon get updates of Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In addition, information posted on Twitter shows the Android 6.0 update will be available in February 2016.
The Huawei brand seems very positive in updating its Honor product lines, even the inexpensive smartphone as Honor 4C. Recently, Honor 4C have been updated to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for performance increase up to 40 percent and also extend battery life as well. And soon to be updated to Android 6.0 is great news for the Honor 4c users and this is a huge plus point for Honor brands.
