HOMTOM has rolled out the most affordable Android Marshmallow smartphone with Fingerprint sensor, and they call it the Homtom HT17. The HOMTOM smartphones series had received a very positive response from our readers worldwide. The HOMTOM has opted for MediaTek’s all-new MTK6737 chipset for the its HT17 handset. As per listing, the Homtom HT17 is the world’s first smartphone with MediaTek MTK6737 chipset is likely to be an upgraded version of the MTK6735 chipset.
The quad-core CPU architecture consists of 1.1GHz clock speed, with the company claiming that it is 10% to 20% faster than the MTK6735 and more efficiently handle different types of workloads. The MediaTek MTK6737 packs ATM-Mali-T720 MP1 550MHZ GPU that is 20% to 40% better than its predecessor and also improved gaming and full HD video performance.
There is a 3000mAh battery inside HT17 with Pump Express Fast Charge technology can charging the device up to 20% to 25% faster than its predecessor. Of course, with a new MTK6737 chipset, you can easily save up to 25% more battery juice and expect to save up to 52% power consumption from the stock Android. 
The Homtom HT17 features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with 720p HD resolution. As mentioned above, the handset is powered by a 1.1 GHz Quad Core MTK6737 64-bit chipset paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB of RAM to ensure stable performance in the long run. It packs in 8GB of native storage and clubbed with up to 128GB of MicroSD storage.
On the camera front, the HT17 flaunts an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calling. The handset also comes with a Fingerprint sensor located on the back side that can unlock the device less than 0.3 seconds to protect your personal information. 
Software is latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Other features include dual SIM 4G FDD LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack connectivity options. It measures 153 x 77.6 x 7.9 mm and weight up at 155 grams.

It is a nice budget phone with Android 6.0. And I was told that Bluboo Maya will come out in June with Android 6.0 too, and even Android N in their plan. I am waiting for it.
