Triplet for the Gears of War series: Microsoft announces three games at the E3 2018, the highly anticipated Gears 5 and the unpublished Gears Pop! and Gears Tactics. The three titles will explore three distinct genres, bringing players to face totally different gameplay on different platforms including mobile devices.
Gears 5 – the highly anticipated sequel to the fourth installment, developed by The Coalition, will arrive in 2019 as exclusive to Xbox One, Windows 10 PC and will be included from the day of launch in the Xbox Game Pass. You will travel in a bigger, more beautiful and engaging way: the best in the series. We will fight a war for the salvation of humanity, both inside the “walls” of Kait and outside it and win it will not be easy.
Gears 5 will allow you to play in single player, together with friends in shared screen mode or in cooperative online and on Xbox One X confirmed the resolution in 4K Ultra HD, HDR and 60 frames per second.
The famous series of Gears in 2019 will also arrive on iOS and Android with Gears Pop! The game created in collaboration with Funko and Mediatonic will bring the franchise for the first time on mobile devices. Gears Pop! will propose the iconic characters of the Funko Pop style series! and promises a really fun gameplay.
Gears Tactics instead will guarantee an engaging strategic experience on PC. Developed in collaboration with Splash Damage, the title will feature turn-based combat, action and a character-centered narrative segment. Customizable teams can be created, the weapons can be upgraded and there will be brutal fights against fearsome bosses.
