It syncs with the Google Clips app on Android and iOS using Bluetooth LE and WiFi Direct which helps in quickly recording spontaneous moments. Using the Clips app, you can create a short movie using the recordings. It is compatible with a Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 2, Galaxy S7, S8, S8+, and iPhones. It is priced at $249, and there is no word on the official availability from Google yet.
