Gionee S5.1 Pro with 13MP Camera and 5.35mm Thickness Launched

Gionee has launched another new slim and stylish smartphone in China, named Gionee S5.1 Pro, which offers an impressively slim design, it measures just 5.35mm thickness, slightly thicker than its predecessor S5.1 which has 5.15mm thickness.Gionee S5.1 Pro is fitted with a 5 inch HD display with 720×1280 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 237ppi. It features a recently popular 2.5D Glass uibody and also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The S5.1 Pro will be powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa-core Processor, 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 chipset with Mali T720 GPU.

The Gionee S5.1 Pro also assisted by 2GB RAM for smooth multi tasking, 16GB of Internal storage is also pretty impressive with MicroSD card support up to 128GB. Other features include a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front snapper.

The S5.1 Pro runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with the Amigo 3.0 UI. With these impressive hardware, device comes with a 2400mAh battery, which is non-removable. Gionee S5.1 Pro supports dual SIM functionality and for connectivity includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS, Micro-USB 2.0, and FM Radio.

The Gionee S5.1 Pro packs enough powerful hardware configuration with very sleek body, but the price of the device yet to be unveiled. It is expected to fall around $302 – approximately Rs. 20,000.
