Gionee Pioneer P3S 3G Smartphone with Android 5.1 Lollipop Launched at Rs. 5,999

Gionee India on Today, launched a new Budget smartphone called the Pioneer P3S which meant to be expanded their Pioneer Series, it is an upgraded version of the Pioneer P3 was launched in 2013. The Gionee Pioneer P3S priced at Rs. 5,999 – approximately $90. The phone will reportedly available for purchase in India nearly this week from online retail shops.

The Gionee Pioneer P3S is a dual-SIM smartphone that runs company’s own Amigo 3.1 interface-based on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box. It features a 4.5-inch TFT display with a FWVGA resolution of 480×854 pixels. The phone is energized by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and comes with a quite impressive internal storage on the handset is up to 16GB, which is further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB.

The Gionee Pioneer P3S smartphone sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a VGA 0.3-megapixel front snapper that also comes with various image editing apps such as panorama modes, continuous shots and Face beauty to enhance the your selfie portraits.

On the connectivity front, the Gionee Pioneer P3S includes 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB options. The Pioneer P3S packs a 2000mAh battery with new Extreme Mode to save more power for device when the battery is running out.

The Gionee India GM, Timir Baran Acharyya also said, “The latest offering Pioneer P3S is one of its kind device which packs stunning looks with powerful technology and yet is affordable. P3S ensures that consumers don’t have to compromise on quality and features over pricing.”
