Gionee A1 price in India, Specs and Availability

After launching it in India last month, Amazon India has listed the Gionee A1 smartphone at the store. The Gionee A1 price in India is set to Rs. 19,999 – approximately $309, and now the handset is available for purchase from Amazon.in store in Black, Gold and Gray color options.

Gionee A1 Specifications

The Gionee A1 features a 5.5-inch IPS display with 2.5D curved glass and Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution that can translate a high pixel density of 401ppi. The device has a metal frame design and front with Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor which supported by 64-bit MediaTek Helio P10 chipset clubbed with Mali T860 GPU and 4GB of RAM. It packs a 64GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.

On the camera front, the Gionee A1 flaunts a 13-megapixel primary autofocus camera with a 1/3.06-inch Sony IMX258 sensor, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens and dual-LED flash. There is a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens, 1/3.06-inch sensor, and front selfie flash. The Gionee mobile also comes with a ‘facial enhancement algorithm’ that automatically detects a user’s face and applies custom beauty settings. Other features being touted include the bokeh-selfie mode.

The Gionee A1 comes equipped with a front fingerprint sensor to unlock the device quickly. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat -based on Amigo OS out of the box. It packs a 4010mAh battery with Ultra-Fast Charging and that is claimed to fully charge the device in 2 hours. It supports dual SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options. It measures 154.5 x 76.5 x 8.5mm and weighs 182 grams.
