Garmin Launches Forerunner 230, 235 and 630 GPS Smart Watches with Advanced Running Dynamics

The Garmin has introduced Three new GPS Smart watches named Forerunner 230, 235 and 630 respectively. The Forerunner 230 and 235 are mid-range wearable while the Forerunner 630 is more expensive will fall in the high-end segment because it features more advanced factor than the other two products.

All three Garmin watches are integrated GPS to assist in calculating your training process. Forerunner 230 priced at $300 and comes with integrated Heart rate sensor, Forerunner 235 priced at $330 with integrated Wrist-based heart rate sensor while the Forerunner 630 at $399 with all advanced running dynamics.

The Garmin Forerunner product line is a dedicated to sports segment, with the various integrated sensors that can continuously measure and calculates your sports activity data when you jog, climb, run, swimming, biking and much more. It can pay for a wide variety of outcomes, not only count steps, but also record speed or distance you’ve traveled.

Garmin Forerunner 230 and 235 differ only in heart rate sensor, and the rest parameters are same, both have comes with a color screen, screen size is 44 percent bigger than compared to the previous generation, thin bezel rim, features include : Auto Pause, Auto Lap (timer running), measuring heart rate, VO2 Max Estimate (advanced features measuring oxygen uptake efficiency of the body, essential for endurance exercises), Recovery Advisor (suggesting strength recovery time between exercises), Calculates calories burned and also track sleeping time.

About the battery, in the practice mode the Forerunner 230 will last up to 16 hours, Forerunner 235 up to 11 hours and Forerunner 630 up to 16 hours. And if you use the devices to view time and receive notifications from your phone, the Forerunner 230 can last up to 5 weeks, Forerunner 235 up to 9 days and Forerunner 630 up to 4 weeks. Forerunner 230 and 235 will be available for purchase before the end of this year.

Forerunner 630 is a little more advanced line of watches, screen size is same as 230 and 235 but with additional features such Virtual Pacer (set a target/competitor) and advanced running dynamics to calculate athletes stress and performance. Also, all three Garmin Forerunner Smart Watches can connect with the phone to receive calls, text messages, email and you can also download various apps, widget, as well as a clock face to get new look everyday.
