Galaxy S6 Active accidentally revealed by Samsung

Samsung America has inadvertently posted information about the Galaxy S6 Active on its website. Similar to the previous Galaxy S5 Active, this device has a high reliability, with dust and water resistant up to 30 minutes at a depth of 1.5m.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active Specifications are very similar to the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge with Super AMOLED display of 5.1-inch with Quad HD resolution, Octa-core Exynos chip, a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 2550mAh battery, not a 3500mAh battery as previously rumored.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active will support MicroSD cards, Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge does not have, in return seems fingerprint sensor integrated in the Home button is no longer available. It also has a separate hardware button located at the upper left corner to run the Activity Zone, an integration features such as compass, weather forecast, information display pressure as well as sports training data retrieved from S Health application.

Users can customize this hardware button functionality. Not any clear news on when Galaxy S6 Active will be the launch, just know that it will be distributed by AT&T.
