Fujifilm X-T200 Mirrorless Camera With 24MP Sensor Announced: Pre-Order Price, Availability

New Fujifilm X-T200 Mirrorless camera for travel is equipped with a high-speed 24.2-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor and an intuitive user interface that makes the camera easy to use. The data processing capabilities are 3.5 times faster than the X-T100, which reduced the rolling shutter and increased ISO by one step up to 25600, and the autofocus performance in the X-T200 was significantly improved thanks to the use of autofocus pixels with phase detection on the sensor.

The X-T200 offers more phase-detection pixels (140k versus 16k), better PDAF coverage (25% across the entire sensor, rather than the center) and more selectable AF points (425 vs 91) than its predecessor. Burst shooting improved to 8 fps (compared to 6 fps). Updated face/eye recognition autofocus allows you to quickly and easily focus on individuals or groups of people. It is even possible when the camera’s LCD is off and you want to take a selfie. Automated functions, such as recognition of the main object, allow you to configure the camera to recognize and track the main object in the frame.

Among the innovations are electronic stabilization modes and HDR-video, as well as the main functions of internal editing. The gyro sensor is at the center of the new electronic stabilization mode and helps reduce the effects of camera shake when recording video. The new HDR Video function records videos in high contrast conditions, and the video editing functions built into the camera allow you to cut clips and resize them. This means that the creators can share a fragment of their 4K videos directly from the camera to their smartphone without having to open the computer.

The Fujifilm X-T200 is equipped with a 16:9 widescreen LCD touch screen and a 16:9 diagonal that can be opened and closed by an angle from 0 to 180 degrees and rotated by an angle from -90 to +180 degrees. It also provides intuitive and responsive control of camera functions and can be used to adjust various parameters, such as brightness, background blur, film simulation effects, and image proportions.

Also, a long-awaited improvement is the ability to shoot uncut 4K video with a resolution of 29.97 and 24p compared to 4K / 15p. There is also a slow-motion recording of 1080 / 120p, and a video option has been added to the mode dial.

There are 11 types of film simulations available in the X-T200 camera that “carry the true look of film photography.” And twenty additional filters provide even more creative possibilities. It weighs 370 grams and measuring 121 x 84 x 55 mm.
