Fujifilm X-T20 Price, Specifications and Availability

Fujifilm announced the mirrorless X-T20, with top and bottom chassis of magnesium alloy. The camera’s dimensions are 118 x 83 x 41 mm with a weight of 383 grams. The sensor used is an APS-C X-Trans CMOS III with a resolution of 24.3-megapixels. Coming to Fujifilm X-T20 price point starting from $899 for body only, $999 with 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OIS II lens and $1,199 for 18-55mm F2.8-4 OIS lens variants. All three variants can be pre-ordered via Amazon store, and will be shipped after 16th Febuary 2017. 

Fujifilm X-T20 comes with X-Processor Pro2 image processing engine, along with an improved AF algorithm, boost the camera’s startup time and AF performance. It also packs with an improved ISO sensitivity of ISO12800 available as a regular ISO option. There is also a Unique Lens Modulation Optimizer (LMO) image processing technology to deliver the best possible image quality. Along with silent electronic shutter capable of exposures up to 1/32000 seconds.

The Fuji XT20 has an expanded number of focusing points, up from 49 in the previous model to 91 (up to 325 points). X-T20 uses a new AF algorithm means more accurate focus. The Wide/Tracking mode is a combination of the Wide mode (during AF-S), in which the camera automatically identifies and tracks the area in focus across the 91-point AF area, and the predictive Tracking mode (during AF-C), which uses the entire 91-point area to continue tracking a subject.

The new Fujifilm X-T20 is equipped with a 3.0-inch TFT LCD touchscreen monitor, and 2,360K-dot OLED color viewfinder with 0.62x magnification. Visibility has been improved by automatically controlling the brightness according to the amount of light present in the environment. 

The Fuji X T20 can record video in Full HD up to 60 frames per second or in Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) at 30, 25 and 24 frames per second. The bitrate in Ultra HD reaches 100Mbps. There are an HDMI output and a microphone input. Complete with the budget Fujifilm X T20 camera with an integrated Wi-Fi connectivity.
