Fujifilm GF 45-100mm F4 R LM OIS WR Lens Announced: Pre-Order Price, Specs, Availability

Along with the X-T200 Mirrorless camera, Fujifilm Corporation has also announced the new Fujifilm GF 45-100mm F4 R LM OIS WR Medium Format Zoom Lens. The lens first appeared on the roadmap of medium-format optics of the company in September 2018, and now the lens is officially presented.

This airtight zoom covers an equivalent range of 36-79 mm and includes image stabilization for up to 5 stops of exposure. The lens design has 16 elements in 12 groups, including 3 aspherical lenses, 1 ED lens and 1 super ED lens, and 9 aperture diaphragms. The focusing system allows operation from 0.65 m. The lens has a maximum magnification of 0.13x, the installation diameter for the filter is 82 mm.

This is an interchangeable GF lens, designed for the GFX large format Camera System and has an equivalent focal length range of 36mm and 79mm on a smaller 35mm format system, a maximum aperture of F4 and is a natural fit with two other GF Zoom Lenses such as the GF 100-200mm F5.6 R LM OIS WR. The dimensions of the lens are Ø93 x 144.5 mm (wide angle) 174.5 mm (telephoto) and weighs 1005 grams.
