Fallout 76 will guarantee a vast world of gaming and countless content that will be expanded with several completely free DLC. Noclip’s recent documentary – “The Making of Fallout 76” unveiled countless details about what players will find in Bethesda’s new post-apocalyptic universe.
Fallout 76 will offer the biggest and most dynamic world ever created in the series. It will be a prequel to the fourth chapter based on online, but can also be tackled alone. Each server will support 24 to 32 players (the precise number still needs to be established) that can group, collaborate and tackle dynamic events as they explore the lands of West Virginia. The “public workshops” can also be claimed by a group of players.
The crafting system will be really deep, confirmed the presence of mods, ammunition, food, water, reinforced armor and much more. In Fallout 76 you will also have to eat and drink to stay alive.
The map will be four times larger than that of Fallout 4 and divided into six different areas: each will have unique biomes, enemies, monsters and different threats. Compared to previous titles in the series, the mutant creatures will be much more numerous, for the first time they will meet intelligent and hostile plants, factions of evolved ghouls.
Fallout 76 will include a new dynamic weather system that will have a significant impact on gameplay and players, especially during radioactive storms. Also confirmed the “player mutation” that will occur after having absorbed a certain amount of radiation. The mutation will unlock a series of strokes that will affect the gameplay, will have positive and negative sides, will be temporary, but can be “transforming” into permanent and even treated traits.
By increasing the level, you will unlock perk cards to be equipped that can also be sold or shared with other players. It will be possible to activate nuclear missiles, but it will be an end-game activity and will allow obtaining objects and materials of a higher level.
Technically, Fallout 76 will guarantee a visual compartment superior to that of the previous episode with a significantly improved dynamic lighting system and much more complex animations for all life.
Other information that emerged was the presence of “Wanted levels” for PvP, an emote wheel and a chat line designed to help players communicate with each other. The world of Fallout 76 will also be expanded with DLC and free updates, transactions will be present, but only for aesthetic elements that will have no impact on the gameplay and skills of the players.
Fallout 76 will be released on November 14 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
