Doogee Y300 with Android 6.0 Marshmallow will debut by the end of 2015

DOOGEE Phone manufacturer decided to introduce its latest smartphone before the end of 2015, named Doogee Y300, and despite it belongs to the budget smartphone segment, it will boost up with an exquisite Glass coated housing with and 2GB of RAM. Also, it will be the first product offering from Doogee that will get the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box. As of now, there is not any information about the price, but the vendor promises to bring this new smartphone to the market at the end of this month.

The Doogee Y300 features a 5.0-inch in-cell display with HD resolution of 720×1280 pixels, which occupies 84 percent area of the front panel. It will fueled by a MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor, yet its just guesses not confirmed right now. But it will definitely pack 2GB of RAM and 32GB built-in storage. On camera front, it will claim a 13-megapixel Sony IMX219 sensor and 5-megapixel front-facing camera, which has been seen in almost every kind of budget smartphones.

Doogee Y300 housing a square boxy design with sharp corners, quite similar in design to DOOGEE F5 4G Phablet. However, the similarities between these two devices are not much when Y300 get fully laminated front and rear panels along with 2.5D curved glass technology and metal frame unibody.

Another element of the Y300 that makes it different from its predecessor, a touch menu buttons below the display. Instead of, manufacturer equipped the on-screen buttons this time. Also worth noting changes in placement of the physical buttons, in this device we discovered the power button and volume controls are situated on the left side rather than traditional doogee style.

The thickness of the Doogee Y300 will be around 6 mm, which undoubtedly affected the battery capacity which will be limited to 2200mAh or may be even less.
