As per main highlight of the Sony Xperia XZ is camera performance, it bears a 23-megapixel primary autofocus camera with Sony IMX300 sensor, 1/2.3″ size, 6P lens, f/2.0 aperture, Phase detection, Laser sensor and LED flash.
