Cubot Rainbow 2 with Dual Camera in UK, Priced at £75

Cubot has launched its first Dual Camera smartphone under its budget ‘Rainbow’ brand. Called the Rainbow 2, the smartphone is now available for purchase in three colors including White, Blue and Red. The Cubot Rainbow 2 price in UK is about £75.99 and selling on Amazon.co.uk.

Notably, the Cubot Rainbow 2 features a dual rear camera setup, with one 13-megapixel camera and one 2-megapixel camera. The two cameras work in tandem for faster autofocus and depth-mapping. It also enables features like multi-frame synthesis technology, which lets device capture sharper images and better color reduction.

Other Cubot Rainbow 2 camera features that offers optimized pictures for natural looking colors and strong background blur effect when close shooting. The front-facing camera features a 2-megapixel sensor, a wide-angle lens, and front flash as well.

The dual-SIM Cubot Rainbow 2 3G smartphone runs on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. It features a 5.0-inch IPS display with full-HD (1080×1920 pixel) resolutions with a pixel density of 294ppi and 2.5D curved layer on top of it. The handset is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor that’s fueled by the 64-bit MediaTek MT6580A chipset paired with 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of built-in storage that is expandable via microSD card up to 256GB.

It packs in 2350mAh battery with dual SIM and dual standby. It measures 144 x 72 x 7.9 mm and weighs 155 grams.
