Coolpad India on Thursday launched the Note 5 Lite smartphone in India, will be made available in 3GB RAM + 16GB inbuilt storage. The Coolpad Note 5 Lite in India is very affordable only Rs. 8,199 will only be available online exclusively via the Amazon Coolpad India webpage starting from March 21, 2017. 
The dual-SIM Coolpad Note 5 Lite features a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display with HD (720×1280 pixels) display with a pixel density of 294ppi. The highlight of the Note 5 Lite is its camera and a slim all-metal body with 2.5D glass on the front with 70.6% screen to body ratio that gives the device a classic look. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens, optical image stabilization (OIS)and LED flash. The camera also comes with a modes such as Age detection, Beauty mode, Night mode, Pro mode and much more. It can record 720p video at 30fps. Rounding off the optics, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture and an 80-degree wide-angle lens.
The other highlight of this Coolpad Cell Phone is a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel which supports up to 5 different fingerprints and allows you to quick lock or unlock your device and apps. It packs a 2500mAh battery that is rated to provide up to 9 hours of talk time on 3G network.

The Coolpad Note 5 Lite is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Mediatek MT6735CP SoC clocked at 1.0GHz CPU coupled with ARM Mali-T720 GPU and either 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It packs a 16GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 64GB. 
The Coolpad Note 5 Lite will be made available in Grey and Gold color options in the country. The handset runs Cool UI 8.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. New Cool UI comes with a very handy customizable features like: the Multi-Finger Unlock, Call Recording, Multi-Screen Capture, Smart gestures, C Button Navigation, Screen Recording, and so much more.
Connectivity options on the Note 5 Lite include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, A-GPS, USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, three-axis gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. The device weighs in at 148 grams, and measures 145.2 mm x 72.39 mm x 8.63 mm.
