Coolpad Note 3 Black Edition now up for Sale on Amazon India

Coolpad Note 3 was officially launched back in October via pre-sale exclusively on Amazon India. It’s a large screen phablet from the company now also available in Black color variant which only available in white color previously. The Coolpad Note 3 Black Edition has been priced at Rs. 8,999 and the manufacturer also announced that they will produce one million “Made in India” Coolpad devices in the mid of the 2016.

Commenting on the Note 3 Black edition launch, Syed Tajuddin, CEO, Coolpad India said:“Coolpad Note 3 is definitely a notch above competition, if it weren’t it would not have retained the No. 1 bestseller tag on Amazon.in even after over 2 months of its launch when any product momentum starts fading, We hope to continue holding this position for the Black variant of Coolpad Note 3 as well. This color was unveiled recently during our first ever FAN meet held in New Delhi and rightly so because our fans and costumers continuously demanded a black variant in all our surveys, moreover Mr. GUO Deying, Chairman and Former CEO of Coolpad Mobile Group has announced this variant exclusively for the Indian market.”

The Coolpad Note 3 Black Edition has not any major difference in term of specifications except its black color, its share same specs as white variant. It flaunts a 5.5 inch IPS display with HD 720×1280 pixels resolution and up to 178 degree wide viewing angle. It is powered by a 64 bit Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 SoC which clocked at 1.3 GHz processor along with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. It packs 16GB of internal memory that can be extended externally up to 64GB via microSD card.

The Note 3 features a 13-megapixel rear camera with wide f/2.0 aperture and LED flash and there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie. The handset runs Android 5.1 Lollipop-based on COOL UI 6.0 and 3000mAh battery out of the box. Its also supports a fingerprint scanner that can unlock the device in just 0.5 seconds.
