Coolpad Cool Play 6C With Front Dual Cameras, 3GB RAM Announced

Coolpad Cool Play 6C has been officially launched in China, it is a new entry-level smartphone with dual selfie cameras, 3GB RAM, 5.0-inch display and Snapdragon 425 SoC from the Coolpad mobiles. Coolpad Cool Play 6C price in China is CNY 849 – approximately $127 and will go on sale starting November 25, 2017. This new Coolpad 4G mobile is available for pre-orders in China through JD.com.

Coolpad Cool Play 6C Specifications

The Coolpad Cool Play 6C features a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) and 2.5D curved glass layer on top of it. It is powered by a 1.25 GHz octa-core processor which supported by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset along with 3GB of RAM. It packs a 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.

On the camera front, the Cool Play 6C flaunts a dual front camera: 8-megapixel camera sensor accompanied by a 5-megapixel sensor with f/2.2 aperture. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and LED flash.  The handset runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat -based on Journey UI (upgradable to Android 8.0 Oreo) out of the box. It packs a 2500mAh battery and supports dual Nano-SIM card slots.

For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 micro USB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options. It measures 143.9 x 70.8 x 8.1mm and weighs 160 grams.

Last week, Coolpad India has launched Cool Play 6 Sheen Black color variant. The device features a 5.5-inch FHD (1920×1080 pixels) display, Octa-Core Snapdragon 653 processor with 6GB RAM, Android 7.1 Nougat, dual 13-megapixel rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, metal unibody design and a 4000mAh battery.

Coolpad Cool Play 6 price in India is Rs. 14,999 and is available exclusively from Amazon India in both Sheen Black and Gentle Gold color options.
