Bluboo Dual with Dual rear Camera and Kirin 960 Leaked

Dual camera setup seems to be the most trendy in the mobile phone field this year. Following the step of Vivo X9, Gionee S9, Xiaomi 5S Plus, and Huawei Mate 9, it’s confirmed that Chinese manufacturer, Bluboo also plan to announce a new smartphone with dual camera design, named Bluboo Dual.

If you are familiar with the Bluboo brand, you must know that they mainly release mid-ranged handsets. But there’s a rumor that the Bluboo Dual will be powered by Kirin 960 processor. If it’s true, that would be really exciting. As the latest generation of Kirin chipset, Kirin 960 features extraordinarily impressive performance. Packing ARM Cortex A73 CPU, with a four-core A73 2.4GHz and four-core A53 1.8GHz CPU, it delivers 18% faster performance. Besides the Mali-G71 MP8 GPU increase performance by 180%. As for memory, the Kirin 960 supports LPDDR4 and UFS2.1 flash memory, the DDR performance increases 90%.

Newest Huawei Mate 9 is equipped with the Kirin 960 processor and they are extremely proud of the fast and efficient performance of the device. So if Bluboo Dual were powered by the Kirin 960 processor, it’s promising to be among the fastest dual camera android smartphone. Well, now we’ll have to wait and see if these details are accurate, but thankfully not too long.

Last month, Bluboo Cell Phones announced the Bluboo Mini budget smartphone with a 5MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash and 2MP front-facing camera with Face Beauty for selfie. It also supports V-gesture mode to capture picture instantly. Display is a 4.5-inches with qHD resolution and geometric texture back panel design along with metal electroplated side frame gives it a classic look.

The Bluboo Mini is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor; Mali-400 MP GPU; 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be further expanded whopping up to 256GB via micro SD card. This new Bluboo phone is available in Red, White, Black and Blue color variants, priced at $54.99.
