Blu Studio M LTE with 8MP Camera, Android 6.0 Launched

Along with the Studio G HD LTE, Blu also introduced another budget 4G LTE smartphone, the Studio M LTE, for the U.S market. The Blu Studio M LTE, possibly the successor to the Studio M HD, is now listed on the Blu Cell Phone Website site as well as Amazon.com online e-commerce store. However, the store claims that the Studio M LTE is priced at $99.99, similar price tag to Blu Studio G HD LTE, and available in Black and White color options. 

The Studio M LTE runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. There is no word whether this Blu Phone supports single SIM or dual-SIMs. The Studio M LTE comes with LTE support and 8MP camera, which can be said to be the highlight of the device at this price.

It comes with a 5.0-inch TFT LCD display along with FWVGA (480×854 pixels) resolution that can offer a pixel density of 196ppi. The device has a polycarbonate material housing with a glossy candy coated surface that gives it a cheerful look. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core processor that’s supported by 64-bit MediaTek MT6735 SoC paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB of RAM.

This new Blu Cell Phones features 8GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 64GB). The handset sports an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with f/2.8 aperture and LED flash, while also housing a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera can shoot HD (1080p) video at 30fps.

On the connectivity front, the Studio M LTE includes 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB 2.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio options. The smartphone packs a 2300mAh battery, and measures in at 144.4 x 72.5 x 8.5 mm.
