BenQ EL2870U 28-inch 4K HDR Monitor With 1ms Response Time and Integrated Speakers

BenQ has announced a new 4K UHD HDR Monitor called EL2870U, which is the company’s first 4K UHD monitor with 1ms response time.

The BenQ EL2870U features a 28-inch display and specially designed for Home Entertainment, the product comes with HDR (High Dynamic Range) support, which combined with its Ultra HD resolution delivers a very high level of user experience.

Thanks to its very fast 1ms Gray-To-Gray (GTG) response time, it’s also attractive to gamers, providing more responsive gaming – especially with AMD’s FreeSync technology, which synchronizes fps with GPUs of that brand, making the in-game experience noticeably more fluid.

By offering High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) 2.2 support, the EL2870U is BenQ’s premium choice monitor for 4K Gaming on the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro 4K Game consoles. In terms of connectivity, the BenQ EL2870U has two HMDI 2.0 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4. It also comes with two built-in 2W speakers.

BI+ (Brightness Intelligence Plus) technology is another interesting detail, seeing that it detects ambient light and color temperature, automatically adjusting screen settings to deliver balanced brightness, color, and contrast, avoiding overexposure and improving darker tones.
