Barnes & Noble has introduced the new e-book reader named NOOK Tablet 7 on today. The tablet comes with built-in Barnes & Noble store and other services, and most importantly, it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow means users can get full access to Android apps through Google Play Store. The Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet 7 price is only $49.99, and it can be pre-ordered via Barnes & Noble stores.
The NOOK Tablet 7 features a 7.0-inch IPS LCD display with multi-touch and (1024 x 600 pixels) resolution that can translate a pixel density of 171ppi. The 7 NOOK Tablet Case has a soft touch plastic material at back and frame design and available in black color only. It is powered by a MediaTek MT8163 quad-core processor which supported by Mali-450 MP4 GPU. No further information about the RAM, but it packs in an 8GB of native storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.

On the camera front, the NOOK 7 Inch Tablet flaunts a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens to capture self portraits and quality video calling. And there is also a 5-megapixels rear camera with autofocus. The company claimed to deliver reading, watching video and web-browsing time up to 7 hours. For connectivity, the Barnes and Noble Tablet includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options. It measures 187.96 x 106.68 x 9.9 mm and weighs 250 grams.
