Bang & Olufsen has introduced a new in-Ear Wireless Earphones called BeoPlay E6 ahead of IFA 2018. This is the in-ear Bluetooth Headphones replacing the previous BeoPlay H5 series, and most of all, users are now also able to buy the E6 earphones online store.
The official price for the Beoplay E6 is not cheap, up to $299 for a wireless sports earphone. Compared to its direct competitors Bose and Sony, the E6’s price is twice as high. However, only when hands on this headset, new users can feel the value of Bang & Olufsen in terms of design and superior materials. The fiberglass coat provides the same durability as high-end sneakers, and the housing is covered with rubber and polymer composites to provide protection against water, dust, and other physical wear. The in-line control using aluminum material feels more luxurious than other products.
The feel is better than its predecessor, E6 uses a new housing design with attached earfins for a firmer grip, as well as fit. This significantly improves the E6’s bass line, which is more impressive than the previous H5.
Inside features such as a 6.4mm Electro-Dynamic driver. However, for sports purposes, the E6’s bass seems to be slightly more dominant than the rest. And similar to the E8 True-Wireless headset, E6 can also connect to the Beoplay app on iOS, Android to adjust the sound at the user’s discretion.
BeoPlay E6 supports Bluetooth 4.2 wireless connectivity with AAC codec. Battery life is probably not as strong as the E5, as it can only last for 5 hours at moderate volume, while the battery lasts up to 2 hours. Another interesting point is that charging the E6’s headset instead of using the USB-C or Microphone port as a normal headset, the company uses a special charger adapter with a sturdy magnetic-inductive structure.
Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay E6 has been officially sold for $299 through Amazon and its official website.[amazon box=”B07FLYCMQH” /] [amazon box=”B07FLWKXRS” /]
